Hello everyone and welcome to the 70th annual Northern Manitoba Trappers Festival!

My name is Kilee Dawn Partridge and I'm very excited to be representing Sound Innovations in the 2017

Fur Queen Pageant. I am currently 21 years old and I was born and raised in OCN/The Pas by my loving

parents, Karen Thomas and Joseph Partridge.

I attended Joe A Ross School from nursery to grade 7. For my grade 8 year, I transferred to Scott

Bateman Middle School then proceeded to graduate from MBCI in the year of 2013. In the fall of 2013 I

started work at Sound Innovations, where I was the Rogers manager for almost two years. In the spring

of 2015, I was offered a job at Super Thrifty. I'm currently employed by Super Thrifty where I work as a

pharmacy assistant. Much to Warren Hicks dismay, I chose Sound Innovations as a sponsor after

discussing the pageant with John Moreton in June. I've always been the "shy type" so running for fur

queen not only surprised myself, but my family, friends, and people that have known me since I was a

wee little lass. With that being said, I'm looking forward to breaking out of my shell and being more

active and social in our community! I can't wait to meet new people, make new friends, and make a ton

of amazing memories!

In closing, I'd like to send a huge thank you to John & Marian Moreton for sponsoring me, my family and

friends for encouraging me, and to the staff of Sound Innovations and Super Thrifty for their support!

Also a big thank you to Krista Tooley for all of your hardwork and dedication to the fur queen pageant, we

wouldn't be able to do this without you!

Good luck ladies!! Let’s go get ’em!!
